Where it all Started

About eight weeks ago, I started on a journey to help improve my health. I’ve ditched carbs and swapped them for higher fat meals. In doing so, I’ve managed to improve my general mood (something I’m sure my husband and children are most grateful), reduce inflammation, shed some kilos (lbs), and slowly I’m starting to whittle away at the cm’s (inches).

While it certainly may not be for everyone, it has been great for me. The biggest challenge I’ve been facing was adapting my favorite family recipes into a LCHF option and even a bonus if I can adapt it for use in my Thermomix.
