We’ve been off and on keto for about eighteen months now, and most recently have recommitted ourselves to help our oldest daughter, who they suspect is facing some significant health issues.
We’re tinkering around with many different recipes we’ve had, to make them kid friendly for keto. Lucky I have three kid sized taste testers in the house, as well as my big kid husband. I will try to tag the recipes as #ketokids so you can find them easily.

I’ve always loved to cook and experiment in the kitchen. There are great resources online, and I’ve been able to make do with some of the many keto recipes I’ve found already. Sometimes I can’t source ingredients, or quite frankly can’t be bothered with some of the suggested substitutes, as we’ve learned quickly that some things just taste yuck (ie flaxseeds blergh!)
In a house full of various opinions on what tastes great, what’s flat out disgusting, and what gets two thumbs up. I’ll share what we’ve found works for the majority of us, because, hey, I learned very early I can’t please everyone in this house at the same time. They just need to take it turns.
